Profinz is one of the premium institute based in south india moulding finance proffessionals in a unique way.In recent times profinz forced to extend their offline training and management system to online. Digitising the unique adopted process was a challenging one. Different trianers affiliated to profinz was adopted diffenrent streaming platform for delivering thier trainings like zoom, google meet etc. Some one are stictly followed youtube live for delevering their trainings.Aggregate all the trainers using different platforms under one roof was challeging task, as authorization and data security matters alot.All sessions conducted using different platforms also required to save as video records, and should be avail to make students for a specific period of time,which is fully controlled and managed by administrator.

 Our expert developers and strategy experts together build a digital system to serve the purpose in an efficient way.We have made system to communicate with all streaming platforms via APIs, all activities and streamed videos are pulled to our own AWS cloud.And we achieved a synchronised system, which made operations very easier.Since we need to make high traffic handling system,we opted highly available server side technology NODE Js.By choosing highly extensive PostgreSQL as database we ensured the current performance and future scale up opertunities.


 An other challenge met was on exam modules.On line exam softwares are widely used now a days,but most of the platforms addresses MCQ(Multiple Choice Questions) based pattern.But in the case of profinz mcq based one alone wont resolve the problem.Our expert developers built a testing module considering all response scenarios like MCQs,Short answer type, Long answer type etc.Creation of valuation module was very challenging especially in UI/UX side.Qudit expert developers made an awsome solution using most advanced frontend library,react JS.

 The challenges met in this project boosted our team's confidence which helps continue our e-learning product journey to next level.
